Except when she passed them a lewd wink on the sly. Dressed in utter black, with a blackened face, Mr. O'Neil said he got the idea from a statue of the monarch in Hamilton. What would the statue do if it came ot life? he asked himself. Children and grownups alike stood transfixed watching him. In profile, he seemed a dead ringer for the former queen".
